Country Sunflowers was a small canvas that was completed during my demo at Tamarack before Thanksgiving and later sold along with another small Barnwood framed painting to a couple at The Greenbrier during Thanksgiving weekend. I really like the look of Barnwood frames for traditional country flowers like sunflowers and hollyhocks. Small paintings in Barnwood frames look great in the kitchen too. The second photo shows the brushstroke detail of my yellow blooms. Your comments are always welcome.
