Here is a painting of my favorite African Violet that resides in my kitchen window. Since this canvas was painted, the plant has doubled in size and has two full bunches of blooms on opposite sides of the plant, and seems to bloom constantly! It must like the morning light in this window and maybe the Miracle Grow it gets regularly too. It is such a pretty shade of warm PINK!
This little painting sold at the Christmas Show at The Greenbrier last month and now hangs, I understand, in somebody's kitchen. Very appropriate place for it, I think. Hope it gets the morning light as well. Brushstroke detail is shown below the actual size. Your comments are always welcome.
